I stumbled across this essay by Rolando G Alcantara (originally found here), and was fascinated by just about everything it contained. The fonts are so smart and attractive, I want to date them.

A practical notepad

The holidays were busy, but I got some time off to relax and mess around. Here's a concept for a notepad I shot. I'm used to notepads having a practical heading like "Notes" or "To Do," but sometimes you need something more universal. This is a notepad that welcomes notes, lists or whatever it is you've got to write down.
